[If you've been paying attention to your journal, you might see a quick flicker of an enraged pair of broken shades glaring up at you. If you haven't, well you'll probably see them first-hand soon because Equius has arrived and he is not very happy.

There's a fierce yell and a quick glimpse of the room as the journal goes soaring through the air and into the wall. Hard to read properly when you're blind with anger.]

WHEN I FIND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS-

[His voice quickly becomes distant as he makes his way into the hall, shutting the door with a loud SLAM.

Anyone who sees the young troll might want to stay out of his way or risk having him charge into you/interrogate you because THIS IS OBVIOUSLY YOUR FAULT.]

It just means that you should calm down a moment before you go running off to try and threaten the staff to send you home. That approach hasn't worked for anyone here yet.

We all turned up here because our worlds were destroyed. That means your world's not there, even if you tried to go back.

I haven't tried leaving here because I was there when my world was destroyed. I know it's not there to go back to right now.

[He crosses his arms, trying to flex as he does so.]

Obviously it's just because none of the weaklings had enough force to back up their words. I'm sure they will listen to me once I am through with them. Wait and see.

I'm quite aware that my world was destroyed as I narrowly avoided being on it when it happened. I am going to return to The Veil. I'm not certain about your planet, though. Nor am I concerned.

[...okaaaaaay, looks like he's going to have to take this one step at a time.]

Then if you're here now, it means that Veil of yours has been destroyed too.

[The Heartless don't just -stop- advancing just because they've destroyed one world!]

If you were there when your original world was destroyed, you should understand how easy it is for it to happen. So unless you're planning on sitting in the middle of empty space waiting for it all to come back, you'll have to wait, same as everyone else. Showing off your muscles to anyone who'll stand still isn't going to help with that problem.

I doubt it. We were very well hidden amongst the meteors.

[But then again, those meteors destroyed their worlds in the first place...So.]

Fine. Answer me this. How exactly do you think our worlds are going to "come back" then? If whoever is in charge of this place can remove and remake our homes so easily, then they can do it much sooner. I do not intend to wait around while the highblood is waiting to be reasoned with.

And I am not simply "showing off" if I intend to use this STRENGTH to achieve my goals.

Yeah, but they're not attracted to just the world itself, are they? It's your hearts that drew them there.

[Asuka's amused by Equius' comment about his strength, though. If he goes around flexing like that all the time, he's going to get a cramp right as he actually -needs- to fight!]

I don't know exactly how they plan to bring back the worlds. That's why I'm not helping rebuild them! But I don't think whoever's in charge here was part of destroying them in the first place. He's probably working as fast as he can--things take time!

For your information, the most exalted and glorious of bloods is not a thing. He has of the most pure and perfect of violet blood and is to be treated with the utmost respect and loyalty. He has finally embraced his true nature and has begun culling the others....Something that might not be the best, due to there not being many of us left.

They sense hearts. That's how they know what worlds have life on them and what don't. Your heart didn't cause the destruction, but it may have helped lead to it.

[As Equius emphasizes the threat behind his words to Deior, Asuka starts shaking his head. And doesn't stop.]

Not a good idea. People get punished here just for fighting each other--you go attacking the guy in charge and I wouldn't be surprised if they blast you right out through the walls. Just calm down. Beating the shit out of him's probably just going to make him work slower, you know.

[Also, Asuka's only taking one thing from that whole blood thing.]

Getting punished for something that comes naturally is absolutely ridiculous and I will not stand for it. I'd like to see someone try to punish me for that. The punisher will learn to regret his actions. You could say that I'll deal quite the punishment, myself.

In due time, I'll be the one running this area and you'll all have to answer to me. Not that you don't already, of course.

Weird? Violet blood is the envy of all trolls. And though I may only have royal blue blood, it is STILL to be respected as one of the highest nobilities.

[Yeah, but Equius? There's one very, very important thing you need to remember.]

If you want to go after the people who run this place, go for it. But promise me one thing--I want you to wait for a few days first. Then, if you still want to go after him, you can. But you should at least make sure you know what you're going up against first.

[The idea of ANYTHING with Equius being weird baffles him.]

I will not promise anything. If by some chance it takes me some time to find and get my hands on whoever it is that owns this place, then that is completely by chance.

It would be best to fully see what it is that I'm going to be fighting, though. Still, I'm certain it will prove to be a simple task.

[There ain't been no monster Equius hasn't punched the head off of. That isn't going to change today. Okay other than Kevas. Other than Kevas, that ain't going to change.]

[Asuka grins.]

Hey, that's all I can ask for, right? You scope out your battles first and you can find their weak points. Much better than running in fists blazing and getting your ass handed to you--at least in my experience.

[See what he did there, adding in that last little bit so it doesn't sound like he's insinuating you'd lose that battle, Equius? Asuka is so considerate for you.]

When it comes to a troll of my status, I could run into the battle backwards and come out victorious.

[He doesn't even crack a smile, that was a completely honest statement from him and he believes it fully.]

But if this being can create entire worlds, I suppose a bit of planning would do well.

[Equius glances at Asuka over his broken shades for a moment, as if trying to determine how useful he may be in the future.]

[Equius? Get help from a squishy human? PLEASE. Could you imagine how that would look? Maybe he can be a towel boy or butler, though. Even if no one could compare to his late-lusus.]

[This is Asuka. This is Asuka not believing you. But he's not going to say as much! If Equius wants to believe that he can kill all the things, that's all up to him. Asuka digs around for a moment before coming up with his record, holding it up for the troll-boy to see.]

[And if Equius calls him wanting a towel boy or butler, Asuka will laugh in his face. And then give him an impromptu shower.]

[He adjusts his shades, leaning in a bit to glance at the book.]

[Surely it isn't as simple as just scribbling in it, right? Still, expect Equius to do JUST THAT when he manages to figure it out. AND HE WILL EXPECT A TOWEL AND GLASS OF MILK.]
